Hi! I’m Alex, an animator in Ottawa, ON.
I specialize in 2D character animation, but I’m always looking to expand my knowledge and experience. I’m not afraid to take risks.
My path toward becoming an animator started early thanks to many interests pointing in the same direction. I wanted to be an actor, writer, artist, camera operator, and more. Ultimately, I couldn’t decide whether to be the person in front of a camera or the one working it. When I learned more about animation, I knew it was the perfect medium.
Outside of animation, I look for inspiration and ways to express my love for storytelling by traveling, writing fiction, and watching internet horror alternate reality games or stories.
